SISATA- The Tempest, Community Play

For this project we were creating the costumes for a SASATA adaptation of The Tempest. We were put into groups and given a location each, we had to create adaptable costumes for all bodies. We had the location of Chesil Beach, in Portland, as sustainability is so important within the community of Portland, it was crucial for us as a group to show this through the costumes, we used all recyclable materials.

My role in the group was Communication Coordinator, making sure everyone was up to date on tasks and meetings, that we had a clear time schedule, and making sure all presentations were smooth and clear. This was a really exciting project, being able to work with new personalities and making sure everything looked cohesive and logical.
